Prep & Pose App Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Prep & Pose iPhone application ("Prep & Pose", the "App").

Prep & Pose is provided by Dream Bikini, a trading name of Dream Fitness Group Ltd (Company No. 17313752), registered in England and Wales.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Prep & Pose App. Purchases made through the Dream Bikini website are covered by the separate Dream Bikini Website Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

For the purposes of UK data protection law, the data controller is:

2. Information stored within the App

Prep & Pose allows you to keep your own bodybuilding preparation information within the App, including information such as:

• check-in photographs;
• body weight;
• water intake;
• notes;
• show dates;
• competition results;
• meal plans;
• workout plans;
• coach documents; and
• other preparation information that you choose to record.

This information is stored locally on your device.

Dream Fitness Group Ltd does not receive, collect, upload or store this information on its own servers. The only information our servers hold is the anonymous posing-analysis history described in Section 4.

Because this information remains on your device, we cannot access it, restore it or delete it for you.

Depending on your Apple device settings, your device may include this information in an iCloud or device backup. Any such backup is controlled entirely by Apple and is subject to Apple's own terms and privacy policy.

3. AI posing analysis

The AI Posing Coach works by analysing a posing photograph that you choose to submit.

When you request an AI analysis:

• the selected photograph is securely transmitted through our server (hosted by Cloudflare) to Anthropic's Claude API;
• the photograph is processed solely to generate the posing feedback you requested;
• an internet connection is required while the analysis is performed.

Dream Fitness Group Ltd does not permanently store, retain or keep copies of photographs submitted for AI analysis. The photograph is processed to produce your feedback and is not kept afterwards.

We do not use submitted photographs:

• for advertising;
• for marketing;
• for profiling;
• for facial recognition;
• to create biometric profiles; or
• to train our own AI models.

Anthropic and Cloudflare process submitted photographs in accordance with their own privacy commitments solely for the purpose of providing the requested AI analysis.

4. Your posing analysis history (anonymous)

So that the AI Posing Coach can compare your posing against your previous sessions and track your progress over time, our server keeps a small, anonymous record of each analysis:

• an anonymous device identifier (a randomly generated code — not your name, email address, phone number or Apple ID);
• the pose analysed, and your federation and category;
• the score awarded; and
• a short note describing the main area to work on (for example, "midsection").

This record is never linked to your identity. It contains no photographs, no name, and no contact details. We could not identify whose record it is.

You can permanently delete this history at any time using Settings → Delete all my data within the App. This immediately removes your score history from our server and resets your anonymous identifier.

We also keep short-lived technical records (such as request counts) solely to protect the service against misuse. These expire automatically.

5. Camera and Photo Library permissions

Prep & Pose requests access to your camera or photo library only when you choose to:

• select a posing photograph;
• capture a new posing photograph;
• upload a photograph for AI analysis;
• save an image to your device; or
• share a scorecard or image using your device's sharing features.

The App accesses photographs only when you actively choose to use these features.

You may withdraw camera or photo-library permission at any time through your iPhone settings. Doing so may prevent certain App features from functioning.

6. Your content

Your photographs, notes, plans, documents and preparation records remain your property.

Dream Fitness Group Ltd does not claim ownership of any content stored within the App.

Where you upload a photograph or document, you confirm that:

• it belongs to you; or
• you have permission to use it.

Please do not upload photographs of another person without their permission.

7. Information we do not collect

Dream Fitness Group Ltd does not collect or receive information that you store solely within the App, including:

• your name;
• display name;
• body weight;
• water intake;
• measurements;
• check-in history;
• progress photographs stored locally;
• notes;
• show dates;
• competition results;
• coach notes;
• meal plans;
• workout plans; or
• other preparation records.

This does not apply to:

• photographs you deliberately submit for AI posing analysis (processed, not kept — see Section 3);
• the anonymous posing-analysis history described in Section 4;
• subscription information provided by Apple (see Section 8); or
• information you choose to send to us by email.

The App does not collect your location, contacts, or advertising identifiers.

8. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are purchased through Apple's App Store.

Apple processes all payments and billing information.

Dream Fitness Group Ltd does not receive or store your payment card details or bank information.

We use a subscription management service, RevenueCat, to verify subscription status. RevenueCat processes an anonymous purchase record linked to the App's anonymous identifier — not to your name or Apple ID as visible to us.

We may receive limited subscription information, including:

• whether your subscription is active;
• the subscription purchased;
• renewal or expiry status; and
• limited transaction information required to verify your subscription.

We use this information only to provide subscription features and customer support.

9. Customer support

If you contact us at info@dreambikini.co.uk, we will receive the information that you include in your email.

This may include:

• your name;
• your email address;
• the contents of your message;
• screenshots; and
• any attachments you choose to send.

We use this information only to:

• respond to your enquiry;
• investigate issues;
• provide customer support; and
• meet our legal obligations.

Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely required to resolve your enquiry.

10. Technical information

Prep & Pose does not use:

• advertising SDKs;
• tracking SDKs;
• analytics platforms; or
• cloud databases to store your preparation information.

We do not build a profile of you, and we do not sell or share data with anyone for marketing.

The App may send anonymous crash reports so we can fix bugs. These contain technical information only — no photographs and no personal information.

Apple may independently process limited diagnostic or App Store information in accordance with Apple's own privacy policy.

11. Third-party services

Prep & Pose relies on a small number of third-party services to operate:

• Apple — App Store distribution, subscriptions and payments;
• Anthropic (Claude API) — AI posing analysis (photographs processed, not retained);
• Cloudflare — our secure server and the anonymous analysis history described in Section 4;
• RevenueCat — subscription status verification; and
• Expo — delivery of App updates (no personal information involved).

These services operate under their own privacy policies.

12. How we use personal information

Where we receive personal information, we use it only to:

• provide the AI posing analysis you requested;
• allow the AI Posing Coach to reference your previous scores and progress;
• verify subscription status;
• provide customer support;
• maintain the security of the App;
• investigate misuse or fraud;
• comply with legal obligations; and
• establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not:

• sell personal information;
• rent personal information;
• share personal information for advertising;
• build advertising profiles; or
• use your photographs for marketing without your permission.

13. International transfers

Because the AI posing service is provided using Anthropic's Claude API, and our server infrastructure is provided by Cloudflare, photographs submitted for AI analysis and the anonymous records described in Section 4 may be processed outside the United Kingdom.

Where personal information is transferred internationally, appropriate safeguards are used in accordance with applicable data protection law.

14. Data retention

Information stored within the App remains on your device until you delete it or remove the App. Dream Fitness Group Ltd does not retain this information.

Photographs submitted for AI analysis are processed only for the time reasonably necessary to generate the requested analysis, and are not kept afterwards.

Your anonymous posing-analysis history (Section 4) is retained so the coach can track your progress, until you delete it using Settings → Delete all my data.

Support emails and subscription-support records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide support, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations.

15. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect the information that we process.

However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for keeping your Apple account and device secure.

16. Your rights

Where we hold personal information about you, you may have the right to:

• request access;
• request correction;
• request deletion;
• request restriction of processing;
• object to certain processing;
• withdraw consent where applicable; and
• lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO — ico.org.uk).

Because our server records are anonymous, we may be unable to identify which records are yours — the Settings → Delete all my data button within the App is the fastest and most reliable way to remove them.

Requests relating to information stored only on your device should normally be carried out using your own device.

17. Children's privacy

Prep & Pose is intended for bodybuilding competitors and is not directed towards children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact info@dreambikini.co.uk.

18. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, legal requirements or the services we use.

The latest version will always be published with the updated revision date.
