All products are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after you've placed an order, we'll contact you as soon as possible to discuss alternative options or a refund.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment is required in full before we begin production or dispatch your order.

We reserve the right to update prices from time to time, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We proudly ship worldwide.

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier delays, customs processing or other factors outside our control.

International customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country.

Please allow 10–14 working days for international deliveries.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your order.

If you've purchased a ready-to-ship item and wish to return it, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

Please note that custom-made and personalised items cannot usually be returned unless there is a fault with the product or we have made an error with your order.

If you experience any issues at all, please get in touch and we'll always do our best to help! The fit of your bikini is guaranteed, so we will work with you to ensure you are happy with your bikini.
