Last updated: 16 July 2026
Welcome to Dream Bikini π
Dream Bikini is a trading name of Dream Fitness Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
We are a small, independent business creating handmade competition bikinis, posing suits, Fit Model suits and accessories for athletes around the world.
These Terms and Conditions explain the rules that apply when you use our website or place an order with us. Please read them carefully before ordering.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. About us
The seller responsible for your order is:
Dream Fitness Group Ltd
Trading as Dream Bikini
Registered in England and Wales
Email: info@dreambikini.co.uk
Whatsap: +447983498610
Our website is:
References in these Terms to βDream Bikiniβ, βweβ, βusβ or βourβ mean Dream Fitness Group Ltd trading as Dream Bikini.
References to βyouβ or βyourβ mean the person placing the order.
2. These Terms
These Terms apply to purchases made through the Dream Bikini website.
Separate terms may apply to the Prep & Pose mobile application.
Nothing in these Terms limits or removes any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes to our products, services, business or legal obligations. The Terms in force when you place your order will apply to that order.
3. Using our website
You may use our website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
-
misuse, damage or interfere with the website;
-
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
-
introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful material;
-
copy or commercially exploit website content without permission; or
-
use our website in a fraudulent or unlawful way.
We may suspend access to the website where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
4. Product information
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes and prices are accurate.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting and the characteristics of individual fabrics and rhinestones.
Many Dream Bikini products are handmade. Small variations in rhinestone placement, pattern positioning, fabric appearance, stitching or finish may occur. These natural variations are not normally faults and are part of the handmade nature of the product.
Measurements shown on the website are approximate unless stated otherwise.
Product packaging may occasionally differ from packaging shown in photographs.
5. Handmade and made-to-order products
Many of our competition bikinis, posing suits and Fit Model suits are handmade to order.
A product will be treated as customised or made to your specifications where it is produced or altered using choices made by you, including choices relating to:
-
measurements;
-
cup size;
-
bottom size;
-
glute coverage;
-
fabric;
-
colour;
-
connectors;
-
straps;
-
rhinestone design;
-
federation requirements;
-
personalisation; or
-
other requested design details.
Because these products are made specifically for you, they cannot normally be cancelled or returned simply because you change your mind once production has begun.
This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, not as described or has not been made in accordance with the agreed order details.
6. Placing an order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
A contract between you and Dream Fitness Group Ltd is formed when we accept your order and begin processing or producing it.
We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where reasonably necessary, including where:
-
a product or material is unavailable;
-
there is an obvious pricing or description error;
-
we are unable to authorise or verify payment;
-
we cannot fulfil the order within the agreed requirements;
-
the order appears fraudulent; or
-
delivery to the selected destination is unavailable.
If we cannot accept your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a refund for the affected item.
7. Order details and customer responsibility
You are responsible for checking that all information provided with your order is complete and accurate.
This includes:
-
your measurements;
-
selected size;
-
cup size;
-
glute coverage;
-
fabric and colour;
-
design selections;
-
federation or category;
-
competition date;
-
delivery address; and
-
contact details.
Please review your order confirmation as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if anything is incorrect.
We are not responsible for an item being unsuitable because incorrect measurements, sizing information, federation information or design choices were supplied to us.
However, our Perfect-Fit support may still apply as explained below.
8. Measurements and sizing
Our products are made using the measurements and information supplied at the time of ordering.
Measurements should be taken carefully and in accordance with the measurement guidance on our website.
Body measurements can change during competition preparation. Unless otherwise agreed, your suit will be made using the measurements supplied when the order is placed.
Please contact us as soon as possible if your measurements change significantly before production begins. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once cutting, construction or embellishment has started.
Providing a competition date helps us understand your intended timescale, but it does not replace the turnaround and delivery options selected at checkout.
9. Design consultations and visual references
Any drawings, mock-ups, inspiration images, digital previews or design descriptions are intended as guides.
The finished handmade product may not be an exact photographic copy of a digital mock-up or inspiration image.
Where you provide an image of another design, we may use it as inspiration but will not knowingly reproduce another designerβs protected work exactly.
Rhinestone layouts may be adapted to suit the size, shape, fabric and construction of the final product.
10. Changes to an order
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change your order, preferably on our 24/7 whatsapp no. +447983498610.
We will try to accommodate changes where reasonably possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
A change may:
-
result in an additional charge;
-
affect the production time;
-
require a new delivery estimate; or
-
be refused where materials have already been cut, ordered, embellished or assembled.
Any additional cost will be explained before the change is confirmed.
A request to change an order is not accepted until we confirm the change in writing.
11. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless another currency is shown at checkout.
The total price payable will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Prices include applicable UK taxes where required and stated. International customers may be charged local taxes, customs duties or import fees separately by their country or courier.
Payment must be made in full at checkout unless we expressly agree otherwise.
We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a genuine error, we may contact you to offer the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling the affected item for a refund.
12. Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes:
-
must be entered at checkout;
-
cannot normally be added after an order has been placed;
-
cannot be exchanged for cash;
-
may be limited to particular products, customers or dates;
-
may not be used with another promotion unless stated otherwise; and
-
may be withdrawn where they are used fraudulently or contrary to their stated conditions.
Only one discount code may be used per order unless we state otherwise.
Promotional products remain subject to availability.
13. Production and turnaround times
Turnaround time means the estimated time needed to make or prepare your order before dispatch. It does not include delivery time.
Your product will normally be made within the turnaround option selected at checkout.
Where no separate turnaround option is shown, the estimated production time displayed on the relevant product page or communicated to you will apply.
Typical posing-suit production time may be approximately 14 days, although this can be longer during busy periods or where a more complex design is requested.
All production times are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date in writing.
Production may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
-
supplier delays;
-
material shortages;
-
illness or emergencies;
-
unusually high demand;
-
courier disruption;
-
customs disruption; or
-
events affecting our premises or equipment.
If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
14. Competition dates and urgent orders
You are responsible for selecting a turnaround and delivery service that leaves sufficient time before your competition, fitting, photoshoot or travel date.
Please allow additional time for:
-
delivery delays;
-
customs clearance;
-
fittings;
-
alterations;
-
changes in body measurements; and
-
unexpected circumstances.
Telling us your competition date does not automatically make an order urgent or create a guaranteed delivery date.
An urgent or priority order is accepted only where the applicable priority service has been purchased or we have confirmed the deadline in writing.
15. Delivery
We ship to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.
Available delivery options, prices and estimated times are shown at checkout.
Delivery estimates begin when the order is dispatched, not when it is placed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will normally receive tracking information by email.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed service has expressly been purchased and confirmed.
For UK consumer orders, we will deliver within the period agreed with you. Where no delivery period has been agreed, applicable consumer law generally requires delivery without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made.
Made-to-order production times displayed and accepted when ordering form part of the agreed delivery arrangement.
16. Delivery address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please contact us immediately if your address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.
We are not responsible for losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by you.
If a parcel is returned to us because:
-
the address was incorrect or incomplete;
-
delivery was refused;
-
customs charges were not paid; or
-
the parcel was not collected,
we may ask you to pay the reasonable cost of sending it again.
Any refund due for an uncollected or refused standard product may be reduced by delivery and return costs where legally permitted.
Custom-made products will not become refundable simply because delivery was refused or the parcel was not collected.
17. Risk during delivery
We remain responsible for your order until it is delivered to you or to a person you have identified to receive it.
If you independently arrange for a courier that was not offered or arranged by us, responsibility may pass to you when the order is handed to that courier, to the extent permitted by law.
Please contact us as soon as possible if tracking shows that a parcel has been delivered but you have not received it.
18. International orders, customs and import charges
International orders may be subject to:
-
customs duties;
-
import VAT or sales taxes;
-
customs-processing charges;
-
brokerage fees; or
-
other local charges.
Unless expressly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product or delivery price and are the customerβs responsibility.
Customs authorities may delay, inspect or open international parcels. These processes are outside our direct control.
You are responsible for checking whether products can lawfully be imported into your country.
We are not responsible for delays caused solely by customs procedures, but we will provide reasonable assistance where possible.
19. Your right to cancel standard products
For eligible standard, non-customised products purchased online, UK consumers normally have the right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the product without giving a reason.
As an additional goodwill policy, we may accept eligible returns notified to us within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is:
-
unused;
-
unworn, except where reasonably necessary to inspect it;
-
unwashed;
-
undamaged;
-
free from marks, odours, makeup, tan and deodorant;
-
returned with tags, seals and packaging intact where applicable; and
-
suitable for resale.
To request a return, contact:
We will provide return instructions.
You must return the product promptly and, where the statutory cancellation right applies, no later than 14 days after telling us that you wish to cancel.
20. Products that cannot be returned for a change of mind
The right to cancel does not normally apply to products that are:
-
made to your measurements;
-
personalised;
-
made using your chosen custom specifications;
-
altered at your request; or
-
otherwise clearly made specifically for you.
For health and hygiene reasons, certain sealed products may also be excluded from change-of-mind returns once the hygiene seal has been removed, where the law permits.
This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, not as described or incorrectly made.
21. Return postage
Unless the product is faulty, incorrect or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.
We recommend using a tracked and appropriately insured delivery service, as you remain responsible for the return until it reaches us.
Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law. Any additional amount paid for an enhanced or express delivery service may not be refundable beyond the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered.
22. Refunds for eligible returns
We will inspect returned items before approving a refund.
Where a valid statutory cancellation applies, refunds will be made within the period required by law, normally within 14 days of receiving the returned product or receiving evidence that it has been sent back.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
We may reduce a refund where legally permitted if the value of a product has been reduced because it has been handled beyond what would reasonably be allowed when inspecting it in a shop.
We will not treat reasonable inspection as use.
23. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
We take great care when creating and checking every order.
Products supplied to consumers must be:
-
of satisfactory quality;
-
fit for any particular purpose made known and accepted before purchase; and
-
as described.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe your product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Include:
-
your order number;
-
a description of the issue; and
-
clear photographs where reasonably possible.
Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we may offer:
-
an alteration or repair;
-
a replacement;
-
a price reduction; or
-
a refund.
We will cover reasonable return costs where a product is confirmed to be faulty, incorrect or not as described.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights.
24. Damage during delivery
Please inspect your parcel soon after it arrives.
If an item appears to have been damaged during delivery, contact us promptly and keep:
-
the product;
-
the outer packaging;
-
the internal packaging; and
-
the delivery label.
Photographs of the product and packaging may be needed so that we can investigate the damage with the courier.
Your legal rights are not lost solely because you did not report delivery damage immediately, but prompt notice may help us investigate and resolve the issue.
25. Perfect-Fit support
We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Dream Bikini.
Where a made-to-measure competition bikini or suit does not fit as intended, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it and before wearing it for a competition, photoshoot or extended posing practice.
Where appropriate, we will work with you to assess the fit and may offer a reasonable alteration.
Perfect-Fit support applies where:
-
accurate measurements were supplied;
-
our measurement guidance was followed;
-
the item has not been altered by another person;
-
the item has not been damaged, misused or incorrectly cared for; and
-
the fit issue is reported within a reasonable time after delivery.
Perfect-Fit support does not normally cover:
-
significant changes in body measurements after ordering;
-
incorrect measurements supplied by the customer;
-
a change of mind about the selected cut, coverage or style;
-
ordinary personal preference where the item matches the selected specifications;
-
alterations carried out by another business or person; or
-
damage caused after delivery.
We may still offer alterations outside these circumstances for a reasonable charge.
This support is additional to, and does not replace, your statutory rights where a product is faulty, incorrectly made or not as described.
26. Care of your products
You must follow any care instructions supplied with the product or displayed on our website.
Competition bikinis and rhinestone products are delicate garments and should be handled carefully.
Damage caused by inappropriate washing, prolonged soaking, harsh chemicals, excessive stretching, incorrect storage, fake tan, adhesive, accidental damage or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Individual rhinestones may occasionally loosen through normal wear and handling. This does not necessarily mean the product is faulty, particularly after use.
27. Competition and federation requirements
Federation rules can vary and may change.
We provide product guidance based on our experience, but you are responsible for checking the current rules of your federation, promoter, category and individual competition before ordering.
Unless we have expressly confirmed a specific requirement in writing, we cannot guarantee that a product will be accepted by every federation, promoter, judge or suit-check official.
A decision made by a federation, promoter or official does not automatically mean that the product is faulty.
Please tell us your federation and category when ordering so that we can provide appropriate guidance.
28. Gift cards
Gift cards:
-
may be used only through the Dream Bikini website unless stated otherwise;
-
cannot be exchanged for cash;
-
must be kept secure by the recipient; and
-
may be subject to an expiry date where clearly stated at purchase.
We are not responsible for a gift card used by another person after its details have been shared or lost, unless this results from our fault.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
29. Website content and intellectual property
All rights in the Dream Bikini website and its original content belong to Dream Fitness Group Ltd or its licensors.
This includes:
-
the Dream Bikini name and branding;
-
logos;
-
product designs;
-
photographs;
-
graphics;
-
videos;
-
written content;
-
product descriptions;
-
website design; and
-
other original materials.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially use this content without our prior written permission.
Sharing our public social-media content using the platformβs normal sharing functions is permitted, provided it is not misleading and does not suggest an endorsement or partnership that does not exist.
30. Customer photographs and reviews
We will not use private customer photographs for marketing without permission.
Where you:
-
tag Dream Bikini publicly;
-
submit a review containing photographs;
-
send us content specifically for reposting; or
-
otherwise give us permission,
we may share that content through our website, emails or social-media channels.
You can withdraw permission for future use by contacting us. This may not remove material that has already been printed, lawfully shared by others or included in content that cannot reasonably be recalled.
31. Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Please read our Privacy Policy to understand what information we collect, why we use it and your rights.
32. Website availability and external links
We try to keep our website accurate, secure and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
The website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, security or privacy practices of independent third parties.
33. Events outside our reasonable control
We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by an event outside our reasonable control.
Such events may include:
-
courier or postal disruption;
-
customs delays;
-
natural disasters;
-
severe weather;
-
fire or flooding;
-
utility or internet failures;
-
industrial action;
-
government restrictions;
-
war or civil unrest;
-
epidemics or pandemics;
-
supplier failure; or
-
material shortages.
Where an event significantly affects your order, we will contact you and take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of the delay.
Your statutory rights, including rights relating to significantly delayed delivery, remain unaffected.
34. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these Terms or by our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
Loss or damage is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence of our breach or if both parties knew it might occur when the contract was formed.
We are not responsible for:
-
loss that was not foreseeable;
-
business losses suffered by a consumer using a product for private purposes;
-
losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by you;
-
losses caused by misuse or failure to follow care instructions; or
-
matters outside our reasonable control, except where the law provides otherwise.
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:
-
death or personal injury caused by negligence;
-
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
-
breach of rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
35. Business customers
These Terms are primarily written for consumers.
If you purchase products wholly or mainly for business, resale, sponsorship, commercial styling or professional use, additional business terms may apply.
Please contact us before placing an order for resale, wholesale or other commercial purposes.
36. Complaints
We hope you will be delighted with your order, but please contact us if something has gone wrong.
Email:
Please include your order number and a clear explanation of the issue.
We will investigate and aim to respond within a reasonable period.
37. Transfer of these Terms
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, for example as part of a sale or restructuring of the business.
We will ensure that any transfer does not reduce your rights under these Terms.
You may transfer your rights under these Terms only where we agree in writing or where the law permits.
38. Severability
Each section of these Terms operates separately.
If a court or relevant authority decides that any section is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.
39. No waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.
40. Governing law and courts
These Terms and any contract between you and Dream Fitness Group Ltd are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living in another part of the United Kingdom, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
If you are a consumer outside the United Kingdom, you may benefit from mandatory consumer protections provided by the laws of your country. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
