These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Prep & Pose iPhone application ("Prep & Pose", the "App").

Prep & Pose is provided by Dream Bikini, operated by Dream Fitness Group Ltd, (Company No. 17313752) registered in England and Wales.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms apply only to the Prep & Pose App. Purchases made through the Dream Bikini website are governed by the separate store Terms and Conditions available on our website.

1. About Prep & Pose

Prep & Pose is a bodybuilding posing and competition preparation application.

The App allows users to:

• receive AI-generated posing feedback;
• store their own bodybuilding preparation information on their device;
• keep competition notes and preparation records; and
• track their own progress throughout contest preparation.

Features may change, improve or be removed over time.

2. AI Posing Coach

The AI Posing Coach analyses posing photographs that you choose to submit.

Its purpose is to provide practice feedback on posing presentation.

The AI feedback is generated automatically and should be treated as guidance only.

Although we continually improve the service, AI-generated feedback may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your individual circumstances.

You remain responsible for your own decisions and how you choose to use the feedback.

3. No medical, coaching or professional advice

Prep & Pose is not a substitute for:

• a bodybuilding coach;
• a posing coach;
• a doctor;
• a physiotherapist;
• a dietitian;
• a nutritionist; or
• any other qualified professional.

Nothing within the App constitutes medical, nutritional, training or healthcare advice.

Any meal plans, workout plans or coaching documents stored within the App are your own documents or those supplied by your coach.

Dream Fitness Group Ltd does not write, review, approve or endorse those documents.

Always seek appropriate professional advice before making decisions about your health, training or nutrition.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of all photographs, notes, plans and other content that you create or store within the App.

Dream Fitness Group Ltd does not claim ownership of your content.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• you own the content you upload; or
• you have permission to use it.

You must not upload content that:

• infringes another person's rights;
• is unlawful;
• is abusive, threatening or defamatory;
• contains malicious software; or
• breaches applicable law.

5. AI image submissions

When you request an AI posing analysis, you authorise us to process the selected photograph solely for the purpose of generating the requested feedback.

We do not use your photographs to train our own AI models.

6. Subscriptions

Certain features of Prep & Pose require an active subscription purchased through Apple's App Store.

Current subscription options are:

• Monthly: £12.99 per month with a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
• Annual: £79.99 per year with a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.

Subscription prices displayed within the App Store are the prices that apply at the time of purchase.

7. Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Apple.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the end of the free trial unless cancelled beforehand.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through:

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies.

8. Fair use

To maintain a reliable experience for all users, AI posing analyses are limited to 20 analyses per device per day.

If this limit is reached, additional analyses become available the following day.

We reserve the right to amend reasonable usage limits where necessary to protect the stability or security of the service.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to reverse engineer the App;
• interfere with the operation or security of the App;
• copy, resell or commercially exploit the App or AI service;
• use automated systems to overload the service;
• submit unlawful content;
• upload photographs of another person without their permission;
• use the App in any unlawful manner.

We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are seriously or repeatedly breached.

10. Availability

We aim to keep Prep & Pose available at all times.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The App relies upon third-party services including Apple, internet providers, cloud infrastructure and AI providers.

Temporary interruptions, maintenance, technical issues or service changes may occur.

We may modify, improve or discontinue features at any time.

11. Intellectual property

Prep & Pose, including its software, branding, graphics, design, AI prompts, logos and original content, is owned by or licensed to Dream Fitness Group Ltd.

Except where permitted by law, you may not:

• copy;
• reproduce;
• distribute;
• modify;
• create derivative works from; or
• commercially exploit

any part of the App without our written permission.

Your own uploaded content remains your property.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:

• death or personal injury caused by negligence;
• fraud; or
• fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to the above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis;
• we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation;
• we are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated feedback;
• we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses.

Where permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid directly to Dream Fitness Group Ltd through the App during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

13. Ending your use of the App

You may stop using Prep & Pose at any time by deleting the App.

Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.

We may suspend or terminate access where:

• these Terms are seriously breached;
• unlawful activity is suspected;
• continued access threatens the security or operation of the App; or
• we are required to do so by law.

14. Changes to the App

We may update the App, introduce new features, remove features or modify functionality from time to time.

Where changes materially affect paid subscriptions, Apple will manage subscription pricing changes in accordance with App Store policies.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will always be published on our website.

Your continued use of Prep & Pose after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
